Hey Cat Eyes, one look from you can stop anyone in their tracks. You are destiny’s child if you are lucky enough to be born with those beautiful hazel eyes. Those of you with hazel eyes seem to look beautiful almost all the time because those who look at you can’t get their eyes off from those jeweled specks of gold and green.

Depending on what time of the day, the color of your outfit, and the colors of eye shadow at your disposal your can create a look for any occasion. In the daytime you would like to keep your eye makeup a little less dramatic therefore lighter shades of color and lighter application would do you just fine. Since your golden tinge is the prominent color which shows from your eyes, you can highlight the same by using a golden eye shadow. First apply a lighter shade of your eye shadow to the entire area of your eye starting from your eyelash to your eyebrow. Then use a slightly darker tinge on the crease of your eye slowly working your way to applying a darker shade of golden along the lower edge of your eyebrow. Now outline your inner eyelids with a thin line of jet black colored kohl pencil. Finally, take a good dark black colored mascara and apply the brush of the mascara to your lower eyelid lashes. Start by rolling the brush from the root of the eyelash to the tip. Do the same for upper lid eyelash being careful to ensure the lashes remain separated. This is your daytime look.

Now for the night simply darken the shade of eye shadow below the ridge of your eyebrows, apply a thicker line of eyeliner which can also alternately be smudged using your index fingertip for a smoky look and putting a thicker layer of mascara on your eyelashes.

Alternating between the hues of the colors you would like to define from your ravine like eyes, choose your colors of your eye shadow accordingly. You can use an emerald color for bringing out the green specks of your eyes and using the same method of application as mentioned above to make you look like a sea goddess. Use a shade of purple to bring out any blue tint from your eye with the same technique of application of eye makeup. And if you want to disarm someone with a soft yet sultry look then a brown shade of eye shadow should do the trick. This time, instead of the black eyeliner and mascara, replace it with a brown eyeliner and mascara to give a velvety finish to the eyes.

By effectively highlighting your hazel eyes you can stand out in a crowd, just so effortlessly.
